Overview

The SCM Intern will support the Supply Chain team in improving warehouse logistics processes, particularly in inventory management, deliveries, and replenishment activities. The role will also contribute to optimizing storage space utilization, ensuring the accuracy and reliability of logistics documentation, and providing day-to-day support for logistics and warehouse operations.

Role Responsibilities

  • Participate in periodic inventory counts and analyze stock discrepancies.
  • Manage, organize, and monitor logistics documentation, including receiving documents, issue/dispatch records, and stock cards.
  • Support replenishment activities and track deliveries to ensure timely availability of materials.
  • Assist in the preparation and follow-up of customs clearance documentation.
  • Contribute to the optimization of storage space and the improvement of warehouse organization.
  • Update tracking tools and contribute to monthly reporting activities.
  • Provide day-to-day support for logistics and warehouse operations.

Requirements for the Role:

  • Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Bachelor’s degree (Bac+3) in Logistics, Management, Administration, Accounting, BTPEE, or a related field.
  • Previous internship or initial experience in logistics is an advantage.
  • Good command of French and English, both written and spoken.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, for tracking, analysis, and reporting purposes.
