01. Find your role with Helios Towers

 

Browse through job openings to find positions that match your skills and interests. You might look for job titles, descriptions, and qualifications that resonate with you.

 

02. Submit your application

 

Typically, you’ll need a resume and a cover letter. Tailor them to highlight your relevant experience and skills. Fill out our online Application Form with your personal information and attach your documents. Double-check your application for any errors or omissions, then submit it. Wait for an application acknowledgement email.

 

03. Initial phone screening

 

If our recruitment team identifies you as a good match for the opportunity you have applied for, they may call you for an initial discussion ahead of arranging the first interview. This is a conversation designed to help us understand your interests, experience and motivation, and it is an opportunity for you to get a deeper understanding of the role you are applying for.

 

04. Interview with the Hiring Manager

 

The next step in our hiring process is an interview with the hiring manager, either online via MS Teams or face-to-face. This can be a one-on-one interview or panel, depending on the role. This stage is designed to dive deeper into your qualifications and fit for the role, as well as to give you a clearer picture of the team and HT’s culture.

You should expect an in-depth discussion, role-specific questions, team size and you will get a chance to ask your questions.

 

05. Evaluation: Show us your skills and preferences

 

As part of our hiring process, for some roles we use evaluations to get to know you better. These might assess your cognitive abilities, such as numeric or logical reasoning, or help us understand your learning preferences, natural strengths and aspirations. Depending on the role, you might also be asked to do a case study or practical test. The nature and timing of the evaluation will vary depending on the role you are applying to, and it will be clearly explained to you beforehand.

 

06. Further/final interview(s): get to know the broader team

 

As part of our interview process, we believe that understanding the team you’ll be working with is just as important as discussing the role itself. This stage allows you to connect with various team members and gain insight into our collaborative culture. Depending on the seniority of the role, there might be multiple interviews or just one final interview with a member of our leadership team

 

07. After the interview

 

When your interviews are completed, the interviewers will review your candidacy. Once a decision has been made on next steps, the recruiter will contact you to provide an update. We will strive to keep you updated, but please don’t hesitate to reach out to your recruiter if you have any questions at any stage.

 

08. Offer
