Overview
Reporting to the Head of People, the People Advisor plays a pivotal role in delivering a high-quality and efficient People function. Acting as an HR Generalist and HR Business Partner, you will support the full employee lifecycle, drive operational excellence, ensure compliance with corporate standards, and contribute to building an engaged and high-performing workforce.
Role Responsibilities
As a People Advisor, you will be responsible for:
- Delivering end-to-end HR operational activities across the employee lifecycle
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding and workforce planning activities
- Managing performance cycles within HR systems (SuccessFactors) and monitoring probation processes
- Providing first-level employee relations advice, supporting grievance and disciplinary processes
- Supporting talent management, succession planning and development initiatives
- Ensuring HR and payroll data accuracy, compliance and governance alignment
- Acting as the main People contact for administrative matters including contracts, letters and policy guidance
- Partnering with managers to provide day-to-day HR advisory support
- Supporting fleet lifecycle management including maintenance, insurance and cost monitoring
- Coordinating domestic and international business travel, mission orders, visas and visitor logistics
- Collaborating with Legal, Finance and Compliance on cross-functional matters
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives within People Operations
Requirements for the Role
To succeed in this role, you will have:
- A Master’s degree (Master 2 or equivalent) in Human Resources, Management or a related field
- At least five years’ progressive experience in senior HR positions
- Experience working in a fast-growing, emerging market environment
- Strong knowledge of performance management, talent management, workforce planning and payroll administration
- Experience using HRIS systems, preferably SuccessFactors
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills
- Strong organisational and prioritisation skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Experience managing mobility and fleet operations (advantageous)
