What we do

We build, acquire, lease-up and operate telecommunications towers that can accommodate and power the needs of multiple tenants. Our tenants are the major Mobile Network Operators (MNOs) and we serve them across nine high-growth markets (8 in Africa + Oman in the Middle East). Overview

Reporting to the Director of Commercial, you will have a pivotal role in driving commercial performance, supporting operational improvements, and strengthening customer relationships across our footprint. This includes conducting analysis, managing financial models and forecasts, and supporting sales and contract negotiations. You will collaborate closely with our sales teams and may travel across Africa, the Middle East, or other markets to support key business initiatives.


Role Responsibilities

As a Senior Commercial Analyst, you will be responsible for:

  • Driving sales opportunities and supporting customer relationship management
  • Lead the execution of M&A and capital solutions advisory
  • Oversee financial modelling, valuation analyses, and transaction structuring.
  • Reporting on monthly KPIs
  • Conducting due diligence on infrastructure assets
  • Supporting the sales excellence programme and operational improvements
  • Reviewing transaction documentation and commercial contracts
  • Designing and implementing process improvements
  • Managing customer expectations and internal stakeholders
  • Monitor market trends, industry developments, and news, while contributing to the drafting of pitchbooks and other marketing materials.
  • Coordinating with cross-functional teams for business insights

 

Requirements for the Role

To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:

  • At least 3–4 years of prior experience in commercial analysis, financial modelling, M&A or contract management
  • Proven experience with Commercial Due Diligence 
  • Experience processing data, market research, and developing financial models
  • Willing to travel up to 50% to Africa & the Middle East
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with previous experience engaging and influencing both internal and external stakeholders
  • Strong organisational and project management skills with a structured, self-motivated approach
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and set appropriate goals, sub-goals, and KPIs
  • Knowledge of the infrastructure sector/telecommunications
  • Experience working in organisations operating within emerging markets
  • Experience supporting customer negotiations and operational decision-making
