Overview
As a Quality Assurance Engineer at Helios Towers, you will play a critical role in upholding engineering excellence by ensuring that all technical standards, specifications, and best practices are consistently implemented across field operations. You will act as a key interface between engineering, operations, and field teams to drive quality, reliability, and continuous improvement across all tower infrastructure projects.

Role Responsibilities:
As a Compliance Investigations Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring implementation and compliance with Helios Towers’ engineering and technical standards across field operations.
- Conducting site inspections and quality audits to verify completed works meet required specifications and safety standards.
- Leading the resolution and technical closure of complex Stop Work Orders (SWOs), particularly on priority sites.
- Communicating and ensuring effective execution of technical bulletins and engineering updates.
- Maintaining accurate quality assurance records, reports and documentation.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and operational performance.
Requirements for the Role
To succeed in the role, you will be/will have:
- A degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
- 3–5 years’ experience in a Quality Assurance Engineering or similar field-based engineering role.
- Professional registration as an Engineer.
- Strong understanding of telecom tower infrastructure and the broader tower business environment.
- Solid knowledge of quality assurance processes, site inspections and engineering standards.
- Ability to analyse technical issues and drive practical, field-based solutions.
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
- High attention to detail with a structured and results-driven approach
