Overview
As Fixed Asset Project Support at Helios Towers, you will support the Finance team in updating and maintaining the Fixed Asset Register as part of the Physical Asset Verification Project.
You will play an important role in reconciling field reports with fixed asset records, identifying discrepancies and supporting accurate asset reporting across the business. The role requires a detail-oriented and analytical individual who can work collaboratively with Finance, Operations and Project teams to ensure assets are properly reconciled, recorded and maintained under the correct site information.

Role Responsibilities:
As Fixed Asset Project Support, you will be responsible for:
- Assisting with the update and maintenance of the Fixed Asset Register.
- Reconciling field reports with the Fixed Asset Register and identifying discrepancies.
- Proposing solutions for approval where discrepancies are identified during the reconciliation process.
- Ensuring Fixed Asset Records are consistently updated based on physical asset verification project reports.
- Supporting detailed reconciliation activities for the Physical Asset Verification Project.
- Collaborating with Project and Operations teams to ensure assets listed on the Fixed Asset Register are properly reconciled.
- Ensuring assets transferred to other locations are recorded under the correct site on the Fixed Asset Register.
- Supporting continuous improvement of fixed asset processes by identifying inefficiencies or errors.
- Working with internal stakeholders across Finance, Operations and Projects to support accurate asset reporting.
- Supporting timely and accurate reporting against agreed project targets and success criteria.
Requirements for the Role
- To succeed in the role, you will be / will have:
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Part-qualified or qualified Accountant with a recognized accounting body.
- Background in Finance and Accounting.
- Understanding of fixed assets and fixed asset reconciliation processes.
- Ability to work accurately under pressure, meet deadlines and make decisions.
- Ability to adapt and work flexibly within a project environment.
